Elore Enterprises was founded in Miami in 1988 by three Spanish friends that emigrated to US. They noticed the absence of an Authentic Spanish Style Sausage ( Chorizo ) in the market and decided to pursue the goal to offer one of the best products of the Spanish Cuisine. They opened a small plant in Miami and started to produce a line of chorizos based on Spanish recipes and began to sell those products in the local market.

 

   The brand Chorizos Quijote was now present in the South Florida Market. Elore Enterprises merged in 2005 with Palacios Alimentacion leader of Chorizo’s market in Spain. In 19 97 Palacios was the first Chorizo manufacturer in Spain to be approved by USDA in order to be allowed to export to US. Since 1988 Palacios located in the region of La Rioja manufactures a line of 100% natural chorizos. This merger allowed the new Elore to produce and distribute a complete line of products to a very prosperous market.

 

Elore Enterprises  became an importer , distributor and wholesaler of Palacios Chorizos and manufacturer of the domestic brand Chorizos Quijote.

 

  Elore Enterprises opened a brand new plant in 2008 which is considered one of the best charcuteries plant in the United States. This USDA approved plant follows the same process and uses the same ingredients as Palacios Alimentacion in Spain which assures Chorizos Quijote to be the best product in the market.
