  • 400 g of lentils or cooked (can)
  • ½ chorizo Quijote
  • 1 scallion
  • 1 leek
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 green pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt

  • Chop and gently fry the vegetables.

    Finely chop the garlic, chives, leeks, pepper and carrots and lightly fry them in the pressure cooker.

  • Boil the chorizo.
